In one word, AMAZING!!
I don't like eggnog but my husband does, so I made this pie for him and he loves it. I omitted the pecans though, cause I didn't have any on hand and I used caramel topping (for ice cream) instead of the caramels. The caramel topping made it a bit messier I think, but hubby didn't care, hehe.
DELICIOUS!! I made this for Thanksgiving and it disappeared quickly! Yum!!
I made this recipe using Better-For-You Product's well, as best as I could... I served it in little angel food cake's, I got a knife and kinda trimed the center out of them just a little to hold more of the pudding mixture, I then proceded to add the pudding and whip cream. For the topping I added chopped peacan's, and drizzled caramel syrup over them giving them some flair!!! Needless to say they didn't last very long at my Christmas Eve Party.... Thanks Kraft
This was a hit!! My guests truly enjoyed this pie and it was the easiest dessert to make. This will become a regular on xmas.
I served this recipe over the Christmas holiday to our gourmet dinner group...they all raved about it. I used the 9 oz. pie crust, so I increased all of the ingredients by 1/3. It was light, beautiful, and delicious!! Thank you.
This is a really great recipe for the holidays! It is definitely for eggnog fans and you don't have to be an expert in the kitchen to make it. I got "Mmmm!" all around with this recipe.

A very easy festive holiday recipe. If you don't like the taste of eggnog, this is not the recipe for you. Even with only one cup of eggnog, it still really retains the flavor. If you do like it, DELICIOUS!
