This chic appetizer with cooked shrimp and zesty lime juice would be right at home at a breezy cafe with an ocean view. Happily, it's at your home instead.

We have been to Mexico 7 times and this is a quick and fresh snack to make and an INSTANT HIT at parties !!! We use tomatoes instead of peppers for the kids too !!! Gotta try it ! You'll love it !!!!

Something is missing in this recipe. It doesn't have a lot of flavor.

This is a good dish. I loved the tangy flavor. I did have to spice it up though and give it an almost Thai flavor.

Everyone loved this, However I did add some extra veggies to it!

I have made this many times and friends keep asking for the recipe! Since my stomach can be sensitive to red peppers, I have replaced them with diced grape tomatoes and it tastes great! Use the scoop style chips for the prettiest arrangement.

Instead of asking someone to make this, I did it myself. I needed a new salad for 50 people and this worked out perfectly. I will do it again and I am now thinking of other variations I can try. The Kraft page made it a breeze - thank you

This was an easy recipe to throw together. Everyone liked it, but I would add some onion for extra flavor. The add-ins are unlimited!!

I would never make it this way again... This recipe is missing many ingredients.. Diced Tomatoes, Diced Onions, Diced Avocado, Lemon Juice, Cucumbers, Diced Jalapenos... I serve mine with sourdough bread.... :)

I have made this recipe numerous time and its now my signature dish. I don't have to ask anymore what to bring its always requested. I have found if I make the night before all the flavors blend better and I drain the marinade about 1/2hour before I'm ready to leave. ITS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
