I have made this recipe numerous time and its now my signature dish. I don't have to ask anymore what to bring its always requested. I have found if I make the night before all the flavors blend better and I drain the marinade about 1/2hour before I'm ready to leave. ITS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is very dissapointing. This is not a ceviche recipe, ingredients are missing and ceviche does not have red peppers in it. Look up a search on it i'm sure you'll get the real thing.
Taking the advice of other ratings here, I added red onion and tomato to this recipe. My family loved it! With tortilla chips, it became a shrimp salsa!
This recipe was the easiest and fastest way to make ceviche but to make it spectacular you really need to add chopped onions and chopped up tomatoes and then its perfect but remember to add more lemons and limes when adding more ingredients.
I was so excited to make this for company and was pretty disapointed. Definetly lacking something. I kept adding spices etc. Shrimp sauce helped as did pepper and Mrs Dash. The longer it marinated it was better but you really need to play with this recipe it doesnt cut it the way it is
I learned to make a version of this recipe from my great grandmother. Instead of peppers and celery we used tomato and onion with lemon juice not lime juice. I tried this recipe as something new and it was not that great.
Very easy, but I feel it was lacking something...perhaps onion and/or jalepenos. I found that marinating overnight seemed to toughen the shrimp. If I make it again, I definately play with the spices.
i made this to go ontop of the parm crisps, turned out great!!
My husband could'nt believed it! He said It was sooooooooo very good. He told me not to stop making this again. he did not left for me.Its yummy! that was he said. We both love shrimp. Thank you Kraft for always there for me.
I made this last night & serverd on romain lettuce leaves, it was very yummy!!
