I make these all the time and they are a hit wherever I go. For those of you who said they burned easily, I bake mine at 325. Works every time.

I'm always looking for receipes with no butter so this is great. One question - if you use half white sugar and half brown, do you "pack" the brown sugar to measure it? Thanks.

This is a great & quick recipe for cookies! I just made a few changes: (1/2 cup of brown sugar & 1/2 cup of white sugar, & added some semi-sweet chocolate chunks.

eh. the bottoms burned really quickly (strange..) they werent even in for 5 minutes, and the oven was on 350? It could use some brown sugar, maybe use half white and half brown?

Okay, I was very skeptical making these cookies without any flour BUT!!! they were awesome!! although since I am a diabetic, I used half a cup of Splenda brown sugar and a half of a cup Splenda white sugar and a pinch of salt, they turned out so goooood! everyone loved them I put some chocolate chips in some for the family and the few for me I didn't so, either way, great recipe!!! Love the no mess, quick, and easy, you do need to make them a bit bigger since, they don't have flour they don't expand a lot, also, this recipe only made 14 cookies, I will double the recipe next time, I just wanted to make sure they were worth making! Btw, I used a plastic hand potato masher and every time I would flatten them and make the design I would dip the masher in flour and it did wonderfully, no sticking!!

My mother's peanut butter cookies are the ones that I measure all other PB cookies against. Hers are still the greatest, but these were not bad. They were easy and quick to make and use ingredients you would already have on hand. No peanuts this time, but I will try it again very soon. The peanut butter does shine through.... pretty yummy.

just made this recipe last night and it came out great the only thing i forgot to put in the vanilla but it still tasted great in fact going to make them this weekend

I made this recipe with a little help: my son rolling the cookie dough into balls and my grandson making the criss-crosses. I omitted the peanuts and used the variation of 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. I also added the pinch of salt and sprinkled a little white sugar on the tops before baking. They turned out splendidly! They were a huge hit with everyone and just way too easy to make. We will certainly make these cookies over and over again!
