I used crunchy peanut butter and omitted the peanuts. They are amazing! This would be a great recipe to make with kids. Fast, easy and good!

Quick and easy :-) They cook perfectly and stay nice and soft in the middle.

I loved these cookies, they were soft and had a great peanut butter flavor.. I would make these all the time, and going to try to use the splenda idea that someone else suggested..

I love it. Normally my peanut butter cookies get really hard after day but these stay soft forever.

The cookies were alright for the ingredients required to make them. Not bad really, they're an acquired taste if your used to cookies made with flour.

My kids and I made this recipe and we had to throw them all away. What a waste of time and ingredients. The cookies basically were just a crumbly mess. I bake for gift giving and this was disappointing.

Although the recipe was simple, the cookies burned quite fast. call me a tradinionalist but i prefer my cookies WITH flour.. and as for the step by step it seemed to lack in a descriptive directions
