I don't like nuts in my cookies, so I tried substituting chocolate chips and it made them to crispy. Next time I will follow the recipe!

Quick, easy. And impressive in that there is no flour. I used chunky peanut butter plus 1 heaping Tablespoon, (omitted the Planters) and used 1/2 cup of regular, and 1/2 cup light brown sugar instead. Nice chewy moist flavor :)

My mom has celiacs and I made these for her. Very good and very easy. Texture is good too inspite of there not being any wheat

It was fast and easy.. And everyone enjoyed.. My daughter really like them.. She can't have choc so she loves Peanut Butter cookies..
