They were very easy, but just not a lot to them. For the 2nd tray I made them a little bigger.

I just took the out of the oven and they are fabulous. Even though I am a diabetic, I ate one. I will make them again very soon, like tomorrow.

This is one of the best, easiest tastiest peanut butter cookie recipe, I've ever made. This recipe was a big hit everyone love them. I did not add peanut but instead I just used crunchy peanut butter. Will make over and over again especially during the holidays.

I sent cookies to troops in Iraq.. They took longer than expected to get there but Sgt Stephens still ate them and said they were as good as fresh baked.

This was so simple. I added chocolate chips instead of the chopped peanuts and they were very good. Especially warm from the oven!

My husband will eat just about anything, but these were not for either of us. We thought they tasted odd.

My husband loves peanut butter cookies. I have tried every recipe under the sun, but none have gotten the response that this one did. He absolutely loved them. I made them first on Saturday and had to make some more on Sunday. Today, Monday, when I get home I have to make another batch!

I LOVE this recipe, it's easy to make which is great because the kids can help. I usually go for the organic creamy penut butter and add chocolate chips as well. Great to make in large batches for bakesales, they also freeze really well too!
