You could make cookies with only eggs, peanut butter & sugar. Cut the sugar in half and it tastes just as good but you save a little on the calories. Have used the three ingredient recipe for years.

These cookies are so good and easy to make! I had no problem with mine falling apart. I made sure to leave them on the cookie sheet for a minute before transferring them to the cooling rack. I also used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 sugar. Very good with or without peanuts!

DH and I are diabetic. This recipe is awesome using splenda instead of sugar. It is low carb and for diabetics is a great treat!! It doesn't take long to make, a quick sweet! I have never added peanuts to it.

These cookies are amazing and best of all, if the vanilla is omitted, they are GLUTEN FREE. Our family has been making them and enjoying them for several years.

I have been making these cookies since I could bake, my children LOVE them so easy, and peanutty. The people who say they are greasy, ...... its is probably your peanut butter, I have NEVER had this problem!

Oh, I forgot in my last post, I did change the recipe a bit, to 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, I like them better that way.

i've been making this recipe since i was a little girl in sixth grade. we learned to make these at school. i've never used the peanuts thought. i've learned to let these cool in the fridge and they always taste better after they have sat for awhile and cooled. this is alway my go to recipe for the kids if i have nothing in the house. try it
