I really enjoyed this recipe. It is very easy to make. I did add some seasonings, a little salt & pepper and some seasoning salt. I also added a chopped green onion. The red onion was very strong the first day. The second day their flavor was very faint. I could taste the green onion a lot more. After adding the dried tomatoes they were gummy and chewy. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to rehydrate them or if they were supposed to stay that way. Next time I think I will leave the tomatoes out, or read some more reviews & ratings before I buy the ingredients. But it is still a very good combination with them and I had people asking for the recipe!

Made this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving...everyone LOVED it and we've made it a couple times more since then. I add marinated artichoke hearts and sometimes also green olives to this as well and sprinkle some fresh herbs from my garden (basil or thyme works well) on top.

I made this last year for my families Christmas party and I thought that it was very tasty. Not too many family members found it as appealing as I though!

HUGE HIT! Everyone wanted the recipe. Next time I doubled. With the bit that was leftover, I took it on a picnic for lunch and everyone wanted MY lunch.

Very bland. If I ever try again, I would add a ton of stuff-garlic powder, artichokes, italian seasoning or any herb, red pepper flakes- anything to give it some punch!

I made this for a family gathering and it was gone in minutes. A little garlic powder and spinach herb seasoning added some extra flavor. Definitely acquires more flavor as it sits in the refrigerator.

Super great flavor, best made 24 hrs in advance to get the best results and most flavor - also added 1 clove of minced garlic. MMmmmmmmmmm

It's a great dip for crackers, and veggies. Kids didn't think they'd like it, when they saw me putting olives in it. But the whole family loved it. I had to make seconds the next day when my son had friends over to the house.
