This salad was excellent! I made it for the first time for our Christmas party and so many people commented on how tasty it was. The ingredients work so well together and make for a nice, unique salad! My husband even loved it! We'll definitely be making this one again.

My sister-in-law made this recipe for an early Christmas dinner. I saw most of the preparations, and it seemed very easy. It was one of the best salads I have eaten recently-I even had seconds!

I am currently pregnant, and was really getting tired of eating salads. This salad is by far my favorite now. It is so GOOD! You don't even have to cook the almonds w/ sugar if you don't want to, it's still very sweet. I was amazed, it was like eating a desert!
