Have made this several times... so good and different! I less of the sauce than called for and extra corn or else its "soupy."

I made this for a party and it was a hit! I loved it. Fresh and very easy to prepare.

After I made it I put in in the fridge for an hour. It tasted better than room temperature.

I enjoyed this salad very much. I blanched the beans for two minutes and then cold shocked them. Also used herbs (basil and parsley) fresh from the garden. Delicious.

I added a small container of sun-dried tomato feta cheese....it was fantastic! I've taken to two parties already and had several people ask for the recipe. I also served it at home in an avacado cup, which set the flavors off even more!!

This is a great alternative to the ordinary lettuce salad. Cooked frozen corn works well instead of corn on the cob.

I dont like tomatos so I used red bell pepers instead. It was yummyy.. I served this w/ the Kraft Tuna cakes. Paired very well togther for a nice warm spring/summer meal.
