Strawberry Freeze

Strawberry Freeze recipe
Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.

I thought this recipe was very good, but it was very very sweet. I would recommend using less of the juice concentrate.

I made as directed first, it was wonderful! I didn't have the cookies the second time and I used chocolate gramcrackers and it was just as wonderful! Both times I used mini chocolate chips on top.

I made this for a bridal shower on June 26th along with 4 other desserts and this one by far was the hit of the dessert table. Great summertime recipe.

This was the best dessert I ever made!!! I made it for Father's Day and everyone had two slices!! The only change I made was crushing the cookies in a ziploc bag and adding a little melted butter for texture for the crust. I made it again two days for our family so we didn't have to share it with anyone else!! Enjoy!!
