I had the benefit of using 1 cup of home-grown, slightly sweetened, pre-frozen crushed strawberries, so this turned SUPER SPECIAL GOOD. Since I didn’t know how much sugar had been added to the berries, I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup. Didn’t have the proper cookies, so I subbed Rainbow Chocolate Chip ones. Decreased the juice concentrate to 8 oz. (1 cup), and used guava strawberry. Couldn’t garnish it with the sour, hard berries from the grocery store (they would have ruined a wonderful dessert). Do try this with vine-ripened berries!!!
