Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.

I have made this recipe a bunch of times. Each time I made it I changed something whether it was using Splenda instead of the sugar and even using one tub of Crystal light strawberry/kiwi to 12 oz. of water in place of the concentrate. I loved it each time and you can really lessen the calories this way. My family and friends loved it too.
rember to keep frozen but if not can be put into patfit cups and eaten almost thawed
This is very yummy, a great summer treat. I did make 1 change--I used chocolate chip cookie dough and baked it in the bottom of the pan instead of using ready-baked Chips Ahoy cookies. I just allowed the cookie crust to cool before adding the rest of the ingredients.
I used pineapple orange juice concentrate and the graham cracker mix for the crust. My family and friends loved it so, that I had to make another one that same week.
I used raspberries and apple/raspberry juice concentrate for this recipe. My family thought it was one of the best desserts ever! I'll definitely make it again.
This dessert is perfect for summertime!
I made this recipe with a traditional graham cracker crust and passion fruit juice for two get-togethers. They just can't get enough of this. I know to always take the recipe, because they will ask.
I have made this several times and several ways. with all the same rave results! I've made it with black raspberries instead of strawberries and shortbread cookies for the Chips Ahoy. I just made is using mandarin oranges cut up/crushed pineapple well drained and substiuting coconut macaroons and orange/pineapple juice concentrate, for Chips AHoy and berry concentrate. My Mom said this one was a winner and the best one so far. But thanks for the original recipe....
I have made this several times and each time I get rave reviews. It is wonderful to serve in the summer months, cool and refreshing. Its a great make a day ahead dessert too. I highly recommend everyone try this dessert.
