Strawberry Freeze

Strawberry Freeze recipe
Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.

This recipe was a breeze to make. I made it last summer when my family was visiting from Boston and everyone LOVED it! It is perfect for a hot summer day. I had to let it stand for about 10 minutes on the counter though to let it thaw so it was a little easier to cut. Can't wait to make it again.

I was so dissapointed with this desert! Everyone hated it. It was too soft, too much juice concentrate and too many different flavors! Definetly not worth all the work it takes to make it.

I used 6 oz rather than 12 of the berry juice concentrate and crushed the choc. chip cookies and combined with margarine making a crust that I baked at 350 for 10 minutes. Everyone LOVED this dessert. It is a winner!

This was such an easy-to-make and light-tasing dessert that I will most definitely make it again! I will probably try different flavor combinations as well.

I have made this recipe again and again throughout the summer using different combinations of juice and fruit. The mango was fantastic! Not only is it an attractive dessert, it is refreshingly delicious!

OMG! Best ever. Loved it, pretty easy to do. But use crushed cookies, not whole cookies for the crust. It makes it much cleaner. Also, I only used about 3/4 of the container of juice concentrate. That kept it nice and sweet.
