Strawberry Freeze

Strawberry Freeze recipe
Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.

My only problem with this recipe was freezer room! Both at home, and at the party we brought it to...so if you're bringing it to a summer picnic, call ahead to reserve freezer space!!!

I made this for my summer playgroup and I got many compliments along with requests for the recipe. In addition, it was real fast and easy to make!

I agree with some of the others who rated this recipe - very tart and sweet - and I only used half of the juice concentrate. It was just okay...probably won't make it again.

didnt have berry juice so I used the juice from the thawed frozen sliced strawberries and used partly light cream cheese.. I put it in two jello molds of which i put grapes on the bottom and voila when i unmolded it there was a pretty design...

It was really sweet. I think next time I would just use half of the juice concentrate.
