Strawberry Freeze

Strawberry Freeze recipe
Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.

Love this recipe! Made it once with strawberry lemonade, and crushed the cookies. It was tart but tasty, although the cookies needed a glue. Made it with Welch's Strawberry Breeze juice and exactly as the recipe called for, and it was delish. If you freeze long enough, it doesn't soften easily (unless its 100 degrees!). Will be making it again tonight with oreos, and may try raspberries or whatever juice/fruit combo my grocery store has. Wonderful. Can't seem to get enough!

I used Oreo cookies as the crust (split in half and put a double layer)! Very easy recipe and everyone loved it!

This was very tasty though it got messy fast when we went to serve it - so cut it and eat it fast!

I made this for a get-together and it got rave reviews. It was refreshing and light with great strawberry flavor. The best part was it was so easy! I love that kind of recipe!

Big Hit! Everyone Loved it. It would be good to crush the cookies and have the cookie crums in the bottom so that there is an even base. Great for the summer
