Strawberry Freeze

Strawberry Freeze recipe
Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.

This recipe was awesome and easy! Everyone at our sales meeting kept going on about it and wanted the recipe! I will definitely make this again. My 17 month old son loved it too! I made it with 1/3 less fat Cream cheese and Lite Cool Whip and you couldn't tell! It was GREAT!! YUM YUM!!

I made this for an office get together and had MANY ask for the recipe. It did melt quickly, but was loved by all. I did change the crust as I didn't have any cookies on hand and used a crumble crust.

A very refreshing summer cake. Used a graham cracker crust instead of layering the bottom with cookies. Quick and easy.

This was a big hit with my co-workers, but it does melt fast. I loved the Chips Ahoy crust!

I used a graham cracker crust instead of the cookies and it was still very good. Also, I used cranberry juice concentrate which was very good, but a bit tangy. Can't wait to experiement again with other flavors of juice!

I made this treat for my co-worker and they loved it. The only thing is you have to eat it fast, some people ate a slice and some people drank a slice. over all it was a big hit.
