I made this as a test before considering to serve it for a bar-b-que at the shore. It is a very sweet drink so if you are not into sweet, look out! Not a big alcohol content when compared to 2 1/2 cups of ice and 2 cups of ginger ale so it was very enjoyable and I was able to have several without the alcohol hitting me. My husband, who doesn't drink these kinds of drinks even noted that it was very refreshing. Very easy to make. I did not have a blender and I used a handheld one and it worked fine.
