THIS IS MY ALLTIME FAVORITE RECIPE OF ALL!! MY NEW FAVORITE FOOD!! Absolutely LOVED this, we served some friends this dish, and they Demanded the recipe. Lol, next day we ran into them in the grocery store, they were buying the ingredients--HAD TO eat it again. DELISH!! PRETTY AND YUMMY!! We used salmon and grapefruit, and it was VERY flavorful. We had no trouble cooking the fish all the way through, as one poster wrote below, but, we have a great gas grill and grill often. {I tend to overcook fish anyway, it's actually how i prefer it.}

The flavors of this dish were really good, however, we had trouble cooking the meat evenly with the fruit below it. We found the center of the meat took far longer and it was really difficult to manage. Maybe we are just not that good of grillers as I did not see any other comments from other users.

Made the pork with the limes and it was very tasty. I marinaded it for about 5 hours and the lime flavor was very well infused in the pork. My husband thought it was tasty and I will make this again.

I liked how you could taste the citrus but could've used a little more flavor. Good recipe for simplicity however.

I tried the Orange Chicken recipe. It was so easy and tasty! Mine actually ended up marinating for about 8 hours, so it probably enhanced the taste that much more. I love that you grill these on the fruit so that the meat and sauce don't end up sticking to the grill. The end result is a beautiful, juicy piece of meat!

We did the chicken version. SOOO delicious! Better than I expected and just the right amount of orange flavor!

Tried the shrimp and grapefruit option. Nice to have something so easy to put together. Next time would marinate the shrimp for at least an hour. Loved the grapefruit on the grill. Looking forward to trying the other options.
