This is such a great idea! It's an awesome twist to grilling and the citrus fruits impart such authentic flavors to the meat. It's fun to make and everyone loved this!

I think it's a very juicy reminder of summer. Healthy, too!

this was the 1st time ive ever cooked fish! i like salmon, but have never cooked it myself, it was great, used a little more lemon on mine. came great, couldn't find sun dried tomato dressing, so i used romano basil vinigairette. going to make again & again!

I made the shrimp grillers with sun-dried tomato dressing instead of the poppyseed. IT WAS AMAZING!

It was a bit sweet. I made it for dinner and dying to try it. Every body said it was the best thing they had in weeks. I made a few changes. I used 6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, 4 oranges, and 1 cup of barbeque sauce. And on my piece I added more barbeque sauce. I thought it would be more citrus like, but just perfect because I don't care for citrus much.

I made the chicken and I didn't happen to have the recipe on hand at the time so I went from memory. I used 1 cup of bar-b-que to marinate it in instead of 1/2 a cup and I brushed it with fresh sauce (not the marinade) while it was on the grill. It turned out wonderful. My nine year old brother raved and begged me to make it again in the future. So even if you mess up you can't mess this one up!

My kids loved it. They usually won't eat anything with b-b-q on it.
