I used ground beef, cream of mushrooms soup, corn and peas, and dijon mustard to make mine. It was a lot better than I expected and the kids liked it, too. I used extra lean meat and reduced fat velveeta and soup to lighten the recipe a little bit. I will definitely be making this again soon.

We make this one all the time. We use chicken, salsa and sweet white corn and we're lucky if it lasts one meal. HIGHLY recommend.

I tried this recipe for the chicken variation ,but substituted with turkey and I also used cauliflower instead of broccoli. I was also didn't add the full amount of garlic powder but just sprinkled it in at the end. This dish came out better than I expected, it was cheesy and very tasty! I'll make this again with some other variations.

I made the skillet with hamburger, corn and salsa. It was edible but nothing I would make again. My husband didn't care for it at all.

I made the ground beef version before and it's great, but the second time I added a small can of diced tomatoes with spicy green chilies (Rotel) in place of the salsa, and that came out great too - it's got a nice kick to it.

I made the chicken version, it turned out very good... My two year old loved it... I seosoned the chicken with garlic powder and seasoned salt before mixing it with the rest... Instead of water I used chicken broth and also added a little extra cheese... It was really tastey...

I had to leave the meal for my roomates and head to work early. (The beef one) so i put in in a casserole pan with the chesse and salsa on top then a layer of tator tots. Then they baked it accordign to the tot directions. They barely saved enough for me to try it! YUM!
