I made this with a cut-up leftover pork chop and added some shrimp as well. For the sauce I used cream of mushroom (leftover gravy from the pork chop dinner) and for the vegetable I used broccoli. It was really easy to make and was a great way to use leftovers. Extremely tasty too--just the right amount of creamy cheesiness. The pork and shrimp combo might sound gross but it actually worked pretty well.

Made the ham and it was very yummy! I had left overs for days since I only cook for 2. Great dish for large families or potlucks.

I made the tuna version. I didn't have cream of celery or chicken soup so I used cream of mushroom w/ garlic and it was great! Just be sure to use a LARGE pan when making this. The one seen above just isn't big enough! For better taste let it sit 5-10 minutes after cooking for all the flavors to blend. This was the first meal I've made that my husband actually liked and didn't criticize!!

I too used chicken breast, cream of chicken soup and broccoli. My family loved it and they can be picky!

This really turned out great. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, and frozen brocolli cuts. I actually forgot the garlic powder and pepper. It still turned out amazing and I will do it the exact same way next time. This will become a regular dinner in our house! My kids ages 7 and 5 ate it too. They couldn't even taste the brocolli. A great way to get veggies into their dinner without completely hiding it from them.

This recipe was so easy to make, and the ingredients were things that I already had around the kitchen. My kids and husband loved it also, and there were enough leftovers for lunch the next day.
