Very strong basil and peppers taste... not a fan.

I have made this recipe on many occassions and it is always a big hit, it's great for cocktail partys when only serving apptizers.

I made this for a club meeting and I brought home an empty platter. Everyone loved it. I did not put the peppers on though. Still delicious.

This is the easiest thing to put together and take to a gathering. It tastes great and looks impressive. The kids love helping load up the skewers.

These were a big hit at a New Year's party we attended. They looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. People just ate them up!

I used the marinated mozzarella cheese balls that you find at the deli. I also omitted the roasted red pepper. I put them on toothpicks in stead of skewers and they were a wonderful finger food for an outdoor BBQ party I had.

This is so flavorful, and looks wonderful on a plate. Every time we make these, we get many compliments. I recommend this dish.
