I made this last night and accidentally left out the shredded cheese. I totally missed that ingredient! LOL But even without the cheese, it was very good. My fiance and I ate the whole dish in one serving!

Pretty good stuff! It was very quiche' like, but everyone who ate it liked it. I used 1 less egg than it calls for, but it was still very eggy. I plan on making this again!

I made 2 squash casserole recipes and this was the best. I didn't have Zucchini so I used all yellow squash. I also only had 3 eggs and Miracle Whip Light. But it came out so good. Have more squash from garden and plan to make again.

This is easy and great. I added a layer of cheese to the top and some bread crumbs.
