What You Need

small zucchini, thinly sliced

small yellow squash, thinly sliced

eggs

1/2

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/3

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

small onion, chopped

1/2

cup chopped green peppers

1/4

tsp. each salt and black pepper

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

HEAT large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add zucchini and yellow squash; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

BEAT eggs and dressing in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Parmesan. Add zucchini mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.

BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until center is set and edges are lightly browned.

This recipe is so easy and delicious. I sautes the onions with the squash in a little olive oil. Everyone loved it.

I thought this was too bland ans sort of mushy. The Miracle Whip made it too sweet for me. I would try it again with mayo and with cheddar cheese, perhaps

This was amazing! I changed it a little...left out the green pepper and used mozzarella cheese. It was sooo good...can't wait to make it again!

Super Yummy!! I was happy that I could impress my boyfriend with this dish ;) I added tomatoes which was a nice touch...but I wonder if that's partly why the bake still was a bit runny?? I left it in the oven for 55 minutes to make sure it cooked fully through. Either my sauteed onions or tomatos made it runny. Regardless, excellent dish. There was just the 2 of us and we polished it off that night!

I made this as side dish for a BBQ to use up some zucchini and squash from my garden and it was good and easy to make, however it is definitely a more of a brunch dish. Next time I'll add some diced hot chili peppers and other veggies for a little more flavor.

I made this recipe on Father's Day and everyone enjoyed it very much. If you like zucchini, you will love this recipe. It is so easy to prepare and very tasty. I did not change any of the ingredients except that I put less miracle whip in. It came out fine and I am planning on having it for a side dish at my next barbecue.

this is awesome i did cook it for about and hour though to make sure it wasn't runny and i used regular mayo instead of miracle whip.
