Very nice change from the usual. I added sweet Italian sausage to mine to make it a meal. Found it to be a little bland but will find a way to spice it up and make again.

Very good! Great quick and easy side dish. Or perfect for a meal with a little chicken or Italian sausage added to it.

So easy and delicious!! I added black olives and red bell pepper to the recipe and it turned out great.

It was a great recipe as our garden was filled with zucchini and we'd had the same recipes for the last weeks already...it was new and delicious!

I made this last night... only I sauteed the veggies with garlic and added smoked sausage before I baked it. Made some garlic toast to go with it... OMG!! SOOO good! Shared it with my neighbors and they loved it as well! Will most DEF make this again!

I modified this recipe by adding spaghetti on the bottom, a can of diced tomatoes, fresh onion, garlic, basil and oregano and baked! My family loved it!

It was very good taste wise and very easy to prepare. Ate as an entree with a side of garlic bread. Definitely making again.

Fan-flipping-tastic and EASY! I chopped the zucchini with my slap-chop. I used Prego mushroom sauce and Kraft mozzarella cheese that has a touch of Philly cream cheese. I served it with rice. It was like a meatless unstuffed zucchini.

I add sauteed mushrooms and it is delicious over pasta!
