Fan-flipping-tastic and EASY! I chopped the zucchini with my slap-chop. I used Prego mushroom sauce and Kraft mozzarella cheese that has a touch of Philly cream cheese. I served it with rice. It was like a meatless unstuffed zucchini.

I add sauteed mushrooms and it is delicious over pasta!

So easy and delicious! This combines some of my favorite ingredients. I can't believe I didn't think of it myself. I am eager to try new variations. Maybe with alfredo sauce or salsa and spicy cheese.

Pretty good side dish. I served this along with chicken, it's a nice low-carb option.

I took someone's advice and added italian sausage and onion. It was sooo good! I had to bake it longer than said though.

This was very good, but it was just a little too cheesy for me. I used Squash instead of the mushrooms and I really liked it.

I used to much sauce. It makes a great side dish. Next time I will add italian sausage or chix chunks.

I added garlic, diced tomatoes, onions, and italian sausage to this recipe and it made a delicious entree! Would recommend sauteeing the zucchini prior to baking to cook out some of the water. Two thumbs up.
