This was very good! My whole family, including my husband who isn't a huge fan of zucchini, loved this! I will definitely make this again!!!!

This was excellent! So flavorful and healthy! I added sliced red onions and garlic to the mix and it was great!

I added grilled onions and my family loved it. I have a daughter (angel) with disabilities so eating is her favorite part of her day. Her response "Mom! You could cook for a restaurant!" I am always trying new recipes for her - Thanks!!!!

Love it! An excellent side dish for any Italian dinner. I especially liked this with the bruschetta stuffed chicken breasts.

Was too watery, but had good flavor. Next time I will sautee veggies first, then bake.

Turned out watery and had no flavor. Even my sister who eats EVERYTHING said it was disgusting.
