Easy to make and it was easily transported & reheated. My kids don't like zuccini but they liked this recipe! I recommend draining the some of the liquid after cooking. Very good!

This is soooo good! I can even get my snoopy husband to eat veggies when I cook them like this. Try using green beans also instead of zucchini. I know it sounds strange, but it tastes great. And the cheese gets so gooey! Delicious!!!

Very easy to prepare and cook. Has an old fashioned goodness. My mom said it tasted like what her mother made when she was young.

Very tasty and easy to make. However, I didn't find it to be very filling. Definitely a side dish. Really great flavor, though, especially with a four cheese pasta sauce. The mozzarelly could be omitted to save on calories.

This tasted wonderful, more like a decadent pasta dish than veggies...will take again and again.

I thought this was a great alternative to pasta. But I think that it needs some meat or something added to it, maybe some sausage would be good. I would definity make again, but without meat it is more like a side dish than a main dish.

I'm not a big zucchini fan but I enjoyed this dish. It is a very large portion so if you are making for a 1 or 2 people I'd cute the recipe in half.

It was very good. I would probably try it a little different next time by roasting the zucchini first(I like it less crunchy), then I would assemble it w/ the sauce and the cheese on top in the oven until the cheese melts. Overall, a good, simple dish.
