The first time I made it the family thought there was too much sauce, so the 2nd time I reduced the sauce to 3/4 cup and that was better. Easy and tasty!

I made this with meat sauce and added extra Durkee's Italian Seasoning. Everyone liked it - even the one who doesn't usually eat veggies.

A great way to use up the zucchini harvest in a unique and tasty way. Served it at family gatherings and church potlucks and everyone loved it. The recipe easily doubles for these gatherings in a 9x 13 inch pan. I added some chopped vidalia onion and sprinkled paprika on top of the cheese to add additional flavor and color. This recipe is definately a "keeper".

7/27/05 buck 17331. I served this receipe tonight for dinner and my guests loved it. I served it over spaghetti and it made a wonderful meal. I also made a loaf of Italian bread and Zucchine bread for desert. I would recommend this receipe and I wil serve it again. Thanks a lot for receipes. I look forward to receiving them in my e-mail.

Excellent recipe - I'm becoming overwhelmed with Zucchini in my garden and I'm running out of recipes. This was so good I made it twice this week. Keep the recipes coming!!!
