No corncob pipe or coal required for this adorable Snowman Cheese Ball trio. But you will need a baby carrot, fresh chives and slivered almonds.

Very easy and delicious. I usually don't have a baby carrot just laying around so I stick an extra peppercorn on him for a nose. My family asks me to make this every year!!
Very cute and easy.
This recipe is so darn cute and super easy!! Mine turned out way better than the picture - I also used pretzels for arms. I made a couple of changes - I omitted the cayenne and used shredded pepper jack cheese. I also used pecans instead of almonds. It was very tasty but guests were afraid of ruining it because it is so cute. I think next time I would just make a single cheeseball so that guests would be more likely to dig in!!
Excellent! The presentation is lovely. It does make quite a lot. I served this for a small gathering one day, then reshaped the balls and served it for another small gathering the next day.
The only thing that is wrong with this recipe is that it is so decorative that no one wants to be the first one to dig into it. However, after the first cut is made (it is always in the largest ball), it goes quickly. I love making this recipe! By the way, I am making the snowman today for a Church social.
Easy to make, tastes good, makes a great impression! I was excited to finally try it, and even more excited when I discovered it was easy to make it turn out so well. I look forward to making it again sometime.
This was soooo easy to make! I made it last Christmas for tasted delicious and everyone loved the snowman shape and taste of the spread! I added pretzel "arms" to the snowman though...he looked weird without arms!
It was very good, and had a mouth-watering taste. And it goes very well at Christmas.
We made this for our christmas party and it made so much we had some left over for christmas. Everyone loved it, but a little bit goes a long way. Looked very cute! Will make again.
Very cute presentation. The cheese ball was a bit crumbly. Will add additional cream cheese to recipe the next time I make it.
