This has been a hit every time I make it. Pot lucks, Christmas, and Thanksgiving it's always been eaten up. People love the clever design and the taste is wonderful. I ususally make a double batch because when people find out how good it is, it dissapears!!!

Excellent appitizer snack. Modified it by using chopped pecans instead of almonds. Used Kraft Mozz and Chedder Pizza cheese instead of just the chedder. Omitted the pormason cheese. Have also served from a bowl instead of snowman shape. Will make again.

Big hit at the Office Xmas party - everyone wanted the recipe. Instead of the spread tho, I used a block of Neufchatel Cheese (which is 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese) and lots of green onions. It tasted fantastic! Will definitely be making this again.

pretzel sticks make great snowman arms! and a red or yellow bell pepper can be cut into a great bowtie.

I really liked this cheese ball and so did all of my guests. I forgot the red peper and we decided personaly we would leave out the almonds. However even with the almonds in we still very much enjoyed it. THe only problem I had was that when I added the Chedder Cheese it made the snowmad orange instead of white. Next time I will use white chedder instead to keep the whiteness of the snowman. Very good I will make again and have already been asked for the resipie.
