I've made the recipe with the Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan dressing. This is an absolute favorite of my husband's and mine. For some time we had it on a weekly basis. Great served with chicken. I sautee the chicken in a skillet with a little EVOO and herbs/garlic then put it under the broiler to melt a little feta on top. Wonderful meal!

I made it with the Light Ranch and Shredded parmesan cheese. It was AWESOME! It tasted like Alfredo. My husband loved it! It was so easy to make too! Highly recommended.

I've made this several times (spinach and tomato version) to take to BBQs. Always goes over well.

Made the spinach & tomato version (but also added garlic powder, finely chopped red onion, and sliced black olives) marinated for 24 hours - Took this to a BBQ got many compliments and requests for the recipe.

I made the version with the red pepper, onions, ranch and cheddar. My meat-loving boyfriend was very surprised at how good it was! He had seconds.
