Best cake I have ever eaten!!! Everyone in the office loved it and wanted more. Can't wait to try other variations, but can't imagine anything being better than this combination. Very easy to make. I didn't have grated orange peel, so i just substituted a little of the juice from the mandarin oranges instead of water in the cake mix. Used two cans of oranges and french vanilla cool whip.

Made this cake for my Father-in-laws birthday and it was a big hit on his big day!! His wife who never eats many sweets couldn't get enough of it. My husband asks for it on special occations.

Brought this to my coworkers this summer. They all said it was very good and light for a summer treat. It was very easy and pretty. A repeater!

Made this cake for a family cook-out. Everyone loved it. It was easy and the citrus flavor is great for summer time. I gave the recipe to some of my friends to try. I can't wait to try the chocolate variation.

Excellent cake. I wanted to make it just because it looked so pretty. I used 2 cans of oranges. I made it for a family get together and they all loved it. It is very rich, but not too sweet. I can't wait to try it again and with different fruits and/or pudding mixes. I would make one suggestion to fold in the orange peel after beating the dough since it all ended up in the beaters anyway.

For my sister's graduation reception, we had a luau theme and made this cake in sheet cake format instead of the stacked rounds. My family has made this cake several times before and we all LOVE it - even those who complain about eating fruit. It received rave reviews at the reception and we handed recipes left and right! One of my absolute favorites!

I have made this dessert numerous times; I have even used chocolate pudding instead of lemon. Every time it has been a hit and everyone wants to know where I got the recipe!!! Thanks for the easy recipes!!
