Loved it!! This recipe is easy to make, quick, and delicious! I made a few changes: brown rice instead of white rice, fat free low sodium chicken broth instead of regular chicken brothfresh dill and basil instead of parsley. I also eliminated the water and cornstarch.

This one of my favorite recipes. Great to make for dinner guest. Always impressive and easy to do. I do season the chicken a little before browning with some Italian seasoning

i used egg noodles insyead of thw white rice as someone else had suggersted... delicious..... smelled wonderful cooking.

This was very good. I served it with egg noodles and I thought it was better than with rice. I also cut each chicken breast in half and pounded them out to expand and thin them out. I then coated them with flour before I fried them and this helped to create a nice light brown crust. Very yummy. My husband and 3 picky kids enjoyed this. Did not care for the parsley.

This recipe was so easy to make and delicious to boot! It does taste like the Chicken Marsala you get in a restaurant!
