Chicken Marsala

Chicken Marsala recipe
There isn't an Italian restaurant in town that doesn't make this dish. You can make it at home in 30 minutes, with a seriously authentic sauce. That's American ingenuity.

Quick and easy.
I thought this was a great recipe to start with. I agree with the others that more wine is essential to the sauce, and making extra sauce certainly isn't a bad idea. When I cooked the mushrooms, onions and garlic, I covered the pan so the chicken really got the flavors. I would definitely recommend this recipe, but have a little fun with it. Go wild!
I dipped the chicken in seasoned flour prior to browning and added a little more Marsala and it tasted wonderful! Surprisingly easy and quick.
I thought this recipe was a little bland. It needed a little more flavor. It smelled incredible and the presentation was great. If I ever make this again I will definately add more garlic and salt.
This recipe was not hard at all. I am newley married and barely have time to cook. I wanted to make something different and special and this came out incredible and did not take a long time to throw together. My husband said it tasted like we had gone out to our favorite Italian restaurant. The perfect combination of ingredients.
This is a fun and quite easy dish to make and it will impress your company with an added green salad and a tiramasu for desert
Wonderful and fast to make - a hearty dish that rivals favored Italain eateries. I used brown rice to add depth to the dish as well as a sweet marsala wine rather than dry. Very much a crowd pleaser - I'll definately be making this again soon!
This was very bland. I think it could have used some cream to make it a creamier marsala sauce and a lot more wine. My husband said it had the texture of gelatin. We won't make this particular recipe again, we'll look for a better version.
Quick, easy recipe. I loved the way the wine brought out the flavor in the mushrooms. I make this one all the time!
delicious Kraft great job!!
