Patti- I used crunchy peanut butter and my family loves this recipe. I am adding this recipe to our favorites.

Definately add some chopped nuts. I toasted some sesame and peanuts in the pan before adding the dressing and chicken. Also try using nutural or crunchy peanut butter for a more recognizable flavor.

I tried this recipe with angel hair pasta. The peanut flavor did not come out as strongly as I had hoped in the completed recipe. It made a huge improvement, however, to garnish with peanuts (I used cashews).

Very easy to make fitting right in to my busy schedule. I am not a fan of oriental food, but this was excellent!

I made this dish tonight for dinner. It was wonderful! I was surprised that the recipe turned out so well. Next time, I will definately add spice to it and serve with peanuts on top.

I made it using spaghetti noodles, but it just didn't taste right to me. I think it could be improved by using rice noodles. I also added snow peas which was excellent. Serving it with a wedge of lime also added a nice tangy flavor.
