What You Need

1/4

cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing, divided

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1-1/2

cups water

can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth

Tbsp. soy sauce

Tbsp. PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2

lb. thin spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked

cups broccoli florets

carrots, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until done.

STIR in remaining dressing, water, broth, soy sauce and peanut butter. Bring to boil. Add spaghetti. Cover; simmer 5 min.

ADD vegetables; mix lightly. Simmer, covered, 4 to 6 min. or until spaghetti is tender.

Substitute

Try preparing with another pasta, such as egg noodles, rice noodles or angel hair pasta.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped PLANTERS Peanuts and cilantro just before serving.

Make Ahead

Prepare as directed. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. No need to reheat before serving.

I follow the advice of other reviewers and didn't add the dressing at all. My family doesn't like cooked carrots, but in this recipe they were awesome !!! We've actually already had it again!!

I maybe won't use the Catalina sauce since it turns chicken pink and that is an eye sore. I may also add pepper flakes to add flavor as it was bland. Easy to make and will do it again with adjustments.

Pretty bland, but my boyfriend is a picky eater, and he really enjoyed it. It was really easy to make, so I will definitely make it again!

The only difference was I added some garlic salt to heighten the flavor. Otherwise it was really good, my kids even ate it

Good but needed more peanut butter and some heat so i added a chi powder mix, I also made it with pork since my hsband doesnt like chicken that well, and it came out jst as good!

I made the recipe exactly as called for. I would not make again. The taste was "ok" too "good", however, the Catalina dressing turns the food a flamingo pink color that is a turn off

It was edible but seemed a waste of perfectly good chicken. It needed something more not sure what but the catalina dressing made the chicken a weird pink color which turned off my family.

Both myself and my family loved this recipe. Since I made it, the family wants me to make it weekly. The recipe was easy to make and really tasted good. I did add chopped onions, garlic and celery to the recipe when I made it.

I did like this recipe - it was easy to follow and came out well. However, my family and I thought it was a little bland, so I plan on adding some peanut oil to spice it up the next time. Also,adding fresh cilantro to give it some zing as suggested might help too.

Big hit with the family, I tweaked it a little bit of course but all in all a good formula. However since thai food is supposed to be sweet/spicy I used a little jerk seasoning on the chicken gave it a nice kick.
