Does not taste like a Thai recipe should due to the Catalina dressing.

Excellent choice! I made it with rice instead of pasta. It would also be good to have a few peanuts added after cooking.

Just ok, nothing special. Easy to make.

We liked this recipe! Even my 4 and 2 year-olds liked it! I added a bit more spice (red pepper flakes and cayenne) and used chunky peanut butter. I made it with gluten-free noodles, and it turned out fantastic!

This is the first recipe that used peanut butter that my whole family gave a thumbs up! Excellent flavor and the peanut butter is not overwhelming.

This dish is so good...I have found myself making it many, many times. I use linguine pasta instead of spaghetti and used more soy sauce than it called for. Other than those changes, the dish is great and easy to make!

I used angel hair pasta instead of thin speghetti. My family's only complaint was there wasn't enough flavor. Everyone added more soy and the asian sauce to their plates. I would make it again but probably double the sauce ingredients.

Mine was also very watery and, because of that, it didn't have much flavor. Though not listed as ingredients, in the directions it says to add 1 1/2 cups water. Maybe this is what made it so watery. Next time I will try it without the water. I think the chicken broth would be enough liquid.
