I made these using pistachio pudding and white choc chips. They were outstanding! I will definately make them again.

Made this recipe as written substituting dried cherries for the cranberries. Handed them out for Christmas gifts. They were soft in the middle and had a nice bite to the edges. Delicious and EASY :)

Very easy and very good! My husband and friends loved them. I have already been asked to make them again for a holiday party.

I love this recipe. Every time I've made them I've gotten so many compliments. The best part is the flexibility of the recipe - I've made it with white chocolate pudding & chocolate chips, pecans & caramel... the possibilities are endless! Always soft, chewy, & delicious.

These were very easy to make. But I think next time I would use smart balance and a little less sugar. I used splenda-sugar . mix brown sugar...they were delicious I used the white chocolate but next time maybe the chocolate morsels instead. They were good. I didn't cook them for the full 10 minutes as soon as the edges began to brown I took them out of the oven.

I had to adjust the cooking time for this recipe. The first batch I made burnt badly! And that was after cooking them for only 8 minutes. The second batch was perfect. I left that batch in for 6 minutes.

Nice light and fluffy cookie with rich chocolate bites. I used white chocolate chips instead of the chopped chocolate. It would be good with semi-sweet chocolate chips or mint chocolate chips too.
