I not only made this recipe, but I changed ingredients slightly: using apricot JELL-O and fresh apricots. I plan on using berry combinations too. This recipe is very versatile, tasty, and refreshing for hot summer days!

I found this recipe excellet , in fact I am making it again tonight! I found that letting ithe Jello sit for about 10 minutes and then using a wire wisk beto mix it, BEFORE adding the cool whip. (A previous recipe I had tried called for this.) I ended up with a dessert that looks just about like the picture. Hope this tips helps some of you that made soup :)

I'm not sure what happened.....my pie came out a watery mess. It looked nothing like the picture. I would not make this again.

I took this to work and everyone loved it. I used sugar free jello and low calorie cool whip. I may try a variation with strawberries.
