Very good -- the ribs were moist and tender. I did put a light dry rub on before they were put in foil.

We have made this twice now and it is the easiest recipe. Before I could never get ribs to come out right but with this one they are perfect. This will become a regular for us.

I'm a spare rib lover and usually enjoy them only with my family. I really enjoy ribs and make such a mess I don't want anyone but family to see the mess I make. These were tender, juicy and the sauce was great. And they were very easy to prepare..

Instead of baby back ribs, I used beef ribs. The orange sweetens the taste. Everyone enjoyed the flavor.

This recipe is really good. I substitued grape jelly for the orange marmalade. It was amazing. The jelly makes the sauce stick to the meat. Also try with chicken.

The BBQ sauce held to the ribs like glue while cooking, ending up adding superb flavor to the tender cooked ribs.
