This cake tastes great! I made it the day ahead and I thought that the pound cake was going to be soggy, but it was not! Everyone at the party loved it!

This was a hit at my office potluck party. There were people from other departments offering money for a slice because of the compliments I received on it. It's light and refreshing, and so easy to make!

My family and friends loved this recipe! It is very festive for the 4th of July, and not difficult to make. I have made it twice already this week, and definitely plan on using it in the future!

Love this! Made it for todays 4th of July picnic. I used 2 pkgs of pound cake, cut it long ways and layed them vertically with a third strip going horizonal so the pan was entirely covered in cake and I made the cake and jello part the night before so it would set well. Turned out great!

I modified this recipe for my husband, who is diabetic and cannot have a lot of sugar. I used sugar free gelatin, sugar free cool whip, and splenda instead of sugar. I could not find sugar free pound cake so I used sugar free angel food cake instead and it came out awesome!! I am making this again for our 4th of July bbq, and it has become a family favorite and now tradition. Very delicious!
