This was really good! I used almond slices instead of peanuts and next time i would only use 1 package of noodles. Too many noodles.

I've made it with the chicken and then another time without the chicken. Both were delicious!

Very tasty! I poached the chicken with garlic and ginger powder first, then toasted the ramen noodles and substituted almonds for peanuts in this recipe. Also, I let the dressing and cabbage sit together for a while, then tossed the noodles and nuts just before serving for different textures.

This is the best salad I have ever eaten. I just finished making it and I wanted to try it while it's crispy and it is absolutely wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly except for the chicken, I took 2 boneless chicken breasts and chopped them into bits, then I added garlic, onion and lemon pepper to my chicken while it was frying (in alittle olive oil). Then I added the chicken to the salad and it was absolutely wonderful! I'll definitely be making this more often!

I am wondering if a touch of peanut butter mixed in with the dressing can be used in place of the actual peanuts. I think this would give it that "chinese restaurant" taste.

This recipe is great! To add more eye appeal I added craisins and it added just enough color and a great burst of flavor.
