Please see my uploaded photo. I brought this to my family picnic last Sunday and everyone just loved it - especially the men! It was perfect on a hot day! The only negative is that everyone said it was too pretty to cut! I will definitely bring it again next year!

I made this for a family get together a few years ago and the kids and a few adults loved it and asked for more.

I love this recipe, I've taken this in several times for a potluck @ my job and everyone there loves it, I always bring home an empty pan. The other day we had a Italian theme so instead of making the recipe with blueberries I used green jello and kiwi, coconut flakes for the middle of the flag strawberries for the right side of the flag and kiwi for the left side. Green, white and red Italian flag, instead of using strawberry jello or blueberry I just changed the Jello to green Melon, I came home with an empty pan. I love this recipe it versatile and easy.

I used the regular Cream Cheese, because low-fat or less fat Cream Cheese always has a different taste. I actually bought a 12oz tub of regular Cool Whip and used half, which made the cream taste better. The jello's are sugar free and yes, wait longer than 5 mins on the red. It needs to be slighty thickened so you can scoop it out, but still spread. Can't wait to eat it tomorrow.
