It definitely has the crunchiness to make you think you're eating something bad for you - and the good part about it? It's healthy! Next time I'll make more coating as I ran out but it's definitely a keeper.

My family loved this one. I took the suggestion of one of the other responders, with drizzling honey over the chicken. Yummy>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I really liked this reciped, I added honey with the batter and drizzled a little over each piece of chicken. I think this helped with it being dry. It was crunchy and sweet!!

I used bonless, skinless chicken breasts. It needed more cereal on it but other than that, it was excellent. I will definitely make this again since even my 3 year old loved it.

Very good and easy to make. I used two cups of Corn Flakes instead of just one.

I loved this recipe: it was a leftover night rescuer! We had leftover ham from the night before, so I used the recipe and the whole family loved it! Also, I added almonds to the "batter" and it was delicious! Thanks for saving us from a boring meal!

I used chicken breasts and they were dry and not very crispy. I may try again sometime with chicken legs.

I have been looking everywhere for this recipe. I jazzed it up with my own blend of spices (paprika, oregano, garlic) and it was great.
