Best "fried" chicken I have ever made. Even my boyfriend who is anti chicken loved it. He asked me to make it again next week!

THis is a great recipe for those who want to watch the amount of fats they eat, crunchy similar to fried chicken only better for our waste lines. Gotta love this one.

I added cajun seasoning right before I baked the chicken. It was excellent and had a really good flavor.

The only thing I changed was I put it on a bakers rack on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. It made it crunchie like real fried chicken.Yummmmy

this recipe was pretty good, except that the chicken got kinda soggy on the bottom, i don't know if i was suppost to turn the chicken half way through the cooking time and if that would've made a difference

This was so easy to make and really good. My family loves it. I make it with boneless, skinless chicken breasts and it is super tender and good.

My husband, who is a real fried chicken fan, really liked this recipe. It was very simple and I usually have all the ingredients on hand. I used chicken breast tenders instead of bone-in meat. I roasted potatoes with the chicken, making most of the meal in the oven at one time. A real treat!
