Crushing the corn flakes made this way better, more evenly coated. No doubt more carbs/calories too but still way healthier than frying! I added Cajun spice blend for chicken and it really added some Zing! And we tried this w/boned chicken breast chunks, marinated in a bit of lite soy sauce and orange juice and added about 1 - 2 tsp ground ginger to the cornflakes. It was perfect w/orental vegetables and brown rice! Since we love BBQ anything, we also tried adding 1T bbq seasoning - it was perfect w/BBQ dipping sauce! just watch out for the salt content on any BBQ seasoning. Keep these ideas comin' Kraft! They are really helping us eat healthy while eating TASTY foods!
