Excellent!!! Great taste and so easy to make. The bacon I bought didn't crisp up as I presumed it would but it didn't make a difference. I only added a slight bit of salt for taste.

Great recipe... great taste of combinations & colors... i added extra bacon & red pepper. My family likes it alot, just can't wait to make it again.

This was good! Really simple and quick. I think next time I am going to leave out the green pepper.

This was quick and easy to put together and had wonderful texture and flavor. We all enjoyed it very much. I would make it again.

We loved this!!! How could you not like potatoes, onions and peppers cooked in bacon grease!!! The cheese took it over the edge!

I cubed potatoes instead of using frozen hash browns, and I used green onions.I made hot kilbasa links on the side!!This was delicious.
